Candidates never pay HomeHire to find work. HomeHire's service fee is paid separately by the family and is never deducted from agreed remuneration.

A founding-family offer applies only to the family's HomeHire service fee. It never creates a candidate fee, reduces agreed pay, or makes payroll, screening or third-party services free.
