Private briefs, profiles, and connections

Household briefs are private unless the family chooses to publish a public job listing. Public listings show only the role, town/ZIP area, schedule, pay range and start date — never the family's name, address or contact details. Candidate contact details and private files are not part of public browsing. Relationship activity is scoped to the family and professional involved.

Members can manage their profile and request account deletion from Settings. Some records or backup copies may remain where policy, safety, legal, or technical obligations require it. If you delete your account, we remove your personal details. We keep invoices, receipts and payment records, with personal details taken out, for seven years after the end of the year they relate to, because we are required to keep accounting records. After that they are deleted.
